Into a New Year

I have a couple of updates for the new year. First off, I’ve been cast in a play. I’ll be playing Mike Mason in East Cleveland Theater’s production of Blood Money.

Secondly, and this may have a big impact on the first item, I have been granted the honor and privilege of managing a second office at H&R Block this tax season. That means nearly double my current hourly wage, but then a much higher target to reach a bonus at the end of the season.

With all of this going on, I don’t know whether I will have the time or strength to prepare for the spring opera audition season. Singing is going on the back burner for the time being.

But hey, if everything goes right, I’ll have a nice nest-egg to carry me into the fall audition season! Right? … Anyone…?
